Boundary First Architecture

Architecture as controlled dependency, explicit ownership, semantic interfaces, lifecycle boundaries, and localized invariant maintenance.

CURRENT PUBLIC RECORD

What this work currently says.

01

Onion, clean, and hexagonal architectures are useful precedents because they make dependency direction and domain protection visible. Boundary First treats those mechanisms as means to a deeper end: preserving consequential distinctions under composition.

02

The architecture question is therefore not which pattern name wins. It is which structure keeps meaning, authority, failure, observation, and repair from leaking across boundaries that cannot lawfully carry them.
